Principal officer of the Scottish Rite for the Southern Jurisdiction of the United States, which is comprised of 217 Valleys in 35 Orients. Scottish Rite Masons in Japan and Korea, and Taiwan and China are also included within the scope of his authority.
Effective immediately, pursuant to the Statutes of the Supreme Council, I am assigning the Orient of Georgia to the supervision of Illustrious A. Gene Cobb, 33°, Sovereign Grand Inspector General in North Carolina. Inspector Cobb will have all authority and responsibilities previously held by Inspector Collins.
Brother Johnson is a member of Tifton Lodge 47 and Tift Area 745. He is currently serving as Deputy Grand Governor of the York Rite Colleges of Georgia Brother Johnson is also a Past Grand High Priest of the Royal Arch Masons of Georgia, holding memberships in the York Rite and several other masonic bodies in Georgia.
